| NOTES: We only do software repairs/fixes, no hardware fixes(just installation of hardware we do). However we can point out bad hardware components but we don't replace them. Most computers don't have viruses, but actually have malware. Example of malware is pop up ads all over the place or pop up windows that look like virus removal software asking you to install it or take you to a website to pay for the program/removal. Either way we can take care of the problem however if your computer is in a severe infected stage a reinstall/wipe of the operating system maybe be needed, but in most cases, will not. We can backup/protect your data. Your computer needs to be dropped off to us at our Iverson Mall, Temple Hills, MD location, or we can do in-house repairs for additional charge depending on our location. Normal turn around time is 24-72hours depending on services rendered. |
