What Band personnel update

Well unless you’ve been living under a rock, major moves have been happening over at the What? band. Smoking Joe and Killa Cal have left the band. What? band’s new drummers is Domo. The rapper position will be filled by JG (Joe Gotti).

Smoking Joe has moved on to MAB (Mental Attraction band) still kicking the drums. Killa Cal has yet to announce what his next move will be in gogo free agency.

Killa Cal is leaving the What? Band

WHAT?! Fam….Sorry for the Early/Late Post, but I just saw that this is already going to be announced in the morning so we want to get ahead of what will surely be alot of feelings and who knows what….lol… We just got word from Cal tonight that he will no longer be playing with WHAT?! and his last show willl be this Saturday. This is not something we anticipated nor wanted but he stated his reasons why he is leaving and its best he speak for himself on that. Cal is a extremely talented and dynamic performer and has been an asset to this band and to Gogo and we know whatever he choses to do next will be a success as well. There will be not one word spoken against him or his decision by us because we know as insiders in this business just how complicated and chaotic things can be and that no one person is “right” or “wrong” in these situations if you look at things objectively and honestly..Things just…are….and despite whatever happens in the future, we have accomplished so much thus far that we all have something to be proud of….As we’ve said before, we appreciate all our fans and supporters and will continue to strive to make your time spent at WHAT?! shows a party and a memorable and positive experience. Because we’ve seen how things like this can turn ugly and divisive we just ask that people be respectful of Cal’s decision as well as the other members of this band that means alot to us and many others. Having said that, we as a band wish Cal nothing but success and prosperity. He is a dynamite artist and no matter what the next chapter is for him and WHAT?! it will definately be interesting to see it all unfold. :-) Respect and Love to all!!
