...::: PA Palace Online : You should receive an email to download your music in a matter of minutes after you make your purchase. If you do not receive an email immediately after your purchase, then email us. The most common problem that you don't receive your download email is that your email host catches our mail in your spam/bulk/junk email box. So check those folders first before emailing us if you didn't receive your  download email. To prevent this from even happening, add webhelp@papalace.com to your safe sender/contact list BEFORE you order. At this time we have noticed that a lot of emails aren't able to make it through to Yahoo. So please if you have a yahoo email address, if possible try ordering with any other email address OTHER than yahoo.com. Please make sure you have a stable broadband connection (DSL/Cable). Using a wireless connection is not recommended due to chances of poor reception or a disconnection. Please do NOT order if you only have access to a dial up connection. This new download system is still fairly new,so we are constantly adding CDs everyday. If you don't see a CD listed, but you do see it listed here, email us and we can custom add it for you (if you've seen the CD in our books at the store or in our complete online database). All music is tested to work perfectly on Microsoft Windows systems (Windows 95 to Vista). They should work on Mac systems as well but we provide no support or guarantee that they work for Mac computers.
